ED & LINDY'S EXCELLENT ADVENTURES....... In 2000, we began a website

chronicling our travels.  After using that site for 17 years, technology changed; it can no longer be updated.  Welcome to our NEW SITE which follows our journeys from the Fall of 2016 to present.  Our thanks go to Andy Paluch/WebGuyz!

Early one morning we were sitting at a waterhole near the Lower Sabie Rest Camp.  We were watching this Grey Heron as it was pretty amazing to see it standing near the center of the body of water.  What we eventually learned.... it was using the back of a Hippo as it's perch so that it could access the deeper water.  Pretty smart!
