This bird of prey is a beautiful Steppe Eagle. Interestingly, females weigh ~2.3-4.9kg (5.1-10.8lb) while males weigh 2.0-3.5kg (4.4-7.7lb). Their wingspans can range from ~1.65-2.15m (5.4-7.1ft). Obviously, these are very large birds.
