These are two Lappet-faced Vultures.  Again, these birds are scavengers who primarily feed off the carcasses of animals.  Like other vultures, they have a bald head.  This is very important; if the head had feathers it would become dirty with blood, flesh, etc. as the bird often has its head inside a carcass.
