Our drive began with spotting one of our favorite birds - the Lilac-breasted Roller. These Rollers have an amazing color scheme. It's so vivid and beautiful. As we've noted elsewhere, the Lilac-breasted Roller is the national bird of each of Botswana and Kenya.
