ED & LINDY'S EXCELLENT ADVENTURES....... In 2000, we began a website

chronicling our travels.  After using that site for 17 years, technology changed; it can no longer be updated.  Welcome to our NEW SITE which follows our journeys from the Fall of 2016 to present.  Our thanks go to Andy Paluch/WebGuyz!

This tiny creature is a male Klipspringer daintly crossing over barren rock.  Klipspringer hooves are only about the size of a dime but it can hop and jump across rock surfaces easily and with amazing speed.  Klipspringers are most often found in kopjes, ancient rock formations jutting up from the savanah.  The word "kopje" is a Dutch word meaning "small head."
